You may have noticed that I have no advertisements anywhere on my site. This is for two reasons. One is I don't want them: I think that they detract from a website, they slow down the already slow web, and they can, sometimes, call into question the web author's objectivity on certain subjects. The second reason is even more basic: my ISP simply doesn't allow any advertisements or endorsements on personal web pages. To do so would be a violation of my agreement with my website host. So please don't ask me about putting ads on my page. Thank you.
My apologies to all users of Lynx and other browsers which do not support TABLEs. I can live without frames, scrolling banners, and silly Java animations, but TABLEs are simply indispensable.
